ATTORNEYS NOT TO BE USED

We were assigned the attorneys from ABSA in May 2022, we were told by the attorney that everything would be all completed and lodged in July. This did not happen as the attorney didn't seem to know what she was doing. We were told we would be getting money back due to the difference in pricing, this did not happen as the attorney took her time with everything and it was only lodged end of November. In December she contacted us regarding the rates and taxes, she mentioned this would be done automatically and emailed a letter in case. I have been in contact with the local municipality and it seems to the attorney didn't send the original documents so the refund wasn't done and a new account wasn't opened. It is now five months after the property was registered, I now have an outstanding account which was never sent to me because the attorney never sent my details for me to receive the account, the municipality is still waiting for original documents, the attorney now tells me she will send them to me and I must take to municipality. We pay attorney fees for this full process to be done without us having to interject. We did not have a smooth process with this whole thing and you would expect a job to be completely seen through with the amount of fees paid to an attorney! I would not recommend this business to anyone at all!
