N & M Projects failed to install gate after paid a 75% deposit

<div>On 25 January 2023 I paid a deposit of R6122.50 to N &amp; M Projects in Herm**** for the manufacture and installation of a pedestrian gate. During the month of February many of my Whatsapp messages, emails and phone calls were not answered. Eventually my Whatsapp messages were answered and car trouble and wet weather were given as reasons for the delay. Eventually an installation date was agreed on (8 March 2023) however I did not get the gate and Illness was then offered as an excuse. On 18 March 2023 I realised that the gate will probably never be installed even though I did receive a photo of the frame in making. I thus asked for my money back. My request was ignored and once again my telephone calls and Whatsapps were not answered. I then asked 2 more times for my money back. The response was that I will not get my money back. I was further also insulted and told to install the gate myself. I was also threatened as follows: "To think carefully of what the next action is it could be something to regret". Why on earth insult and threaten your customer (a 62-yr old woman)? Surely it is better to finish the gate, install it and get paid the outstanding amount of R2037.50?</div>
