Grass and ****s growing through newly tarred driveway

Brian does not take ownership of his faulty work. He and his workers tarred my driveway in July 2024, by September my driveway started growing grass and ****s through his tar! I reported this to him, he keeps promising to come fix his mistakes....but he doesn't. He is now ignoring my messages altogether. He charged me R19 500.00 for a job that now needs to be redone from scratch.
