Rude and unhelpful

Contacted for pricing and more information for accommodation for a month. Not only was the lady very rude (Jolene) she wasn't very helpful either. Would rather support other guest houses in the area where a person will feel welcome. Was very quick to delete my comment and would not even apologize for the poor service.
