Nedbank: Unauthorised Debit by Mzansi4U

<p>I have a had a couple of unathorised debits of R99.99 from my cheque account and my bank cannot assist in reversing all of these debits. The bank however provided a contact number of this ********* company, and it has been almost two weeks now and nothing is coming out of their seemingly empty promise of bring me back the money. Each time I call this Mzansi4U, I am told that my refund is pending and they cannot even give an indication on for how long this will be pending. Simone is the woman I have been in contact with on ********** 430.</p> <p>I am just wondering if other banks allow such **** happening to their customers. </p>
