Hi made use of this company they pretend to be the equivelant of Uber for moving. So I made use of the service, got the price for my moving needs and enlisted the service. On the day of moving they arrive at the arranged place 2 hours ahead of the time which we had previously arranged. I was not available at that time so they proceed to wait 2 hours outside my premises. They proceeded to move my good and took it to the destination . Unloading the truck at the destination as was duly informed that there service is time based and not distance based, This resulted in my bill being twice as much as i initially was quoted.
