Unauthorized debit orders

I have recently been debited on my capitec account an amount of R99. This is an unauthorized debit order as i did not agree or sign up for any services. I have reversed the amount with my bank, please remove my banking details off your data base as i did not sign up for anything. ref MBSMZ ********** . Stop robbing me off my hard earned cash because its costly to reverse debit orders
