Mzansi4u - ***?????

On November 25th at 02:56am, I received a text notification from Mzansi4u which read, "MZANSI4U lodged a R99.99 debit order for 30/11/218 on your acc. For queries call ********** 430, ref. MBSMZ ********** or for more information go to www.mzansi4u.co.za".

When I called this number later on the 25th, it just rand unanswered and eventually went into voicemail. This morning, November 26th when I called at 11:57am, a lady by the name of Natalie answered.

When I asked her how they got my information and why they were lodging a debit order without my authorization, she said that Mzansi4u wasn't actually going to lodge any of the debit orders but that they were sending random messages to customers with the hope that they would call and either sign up for their services using the reference number or completely decline the product offerings and thus be removed from Mzansi's database.

My concern is that she was unable to give me solid straight answers and she became rude in her responses to me to a point where she started raising her voice. When I asked her to give me her surname and transfer me to her supervisor or manager she refused siting that she didn't have to give me her surname or let me speak to her manager.

I wish for hello peter to investigate the legitimacy of this "Mzansi4u" company as the manner in which they promote their services is a bit underhanded and questionable. I WANT TO KNOW HOW THEY GOT MY INFORMATION AND HOW CAN THEY LODGE A DEBIT ORDER AGAINST MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION?

I need answers and demand an apology from their rude so called customer representative "Natalie" whose conduct was disgustingly unprofessional.

That debit order had better not go off my account on the 30th, i want to know who authorized Mzansi4u to effect or lodge a debit order instruction against my account. I want them to produce evidence thereof, whether written or audio, i want it.
