Mzansi4u debit orders

There are people debiting my account from Mzansi4u without my authorization and whenever I call them back they are not giving me any straight answer and the people that I talked to last week (Vanessa and Samantha) said the inquiry has been opened and would take 2-5 days and that is long gone still no answer. So I call them again this afternoon to enquiry about the on-going investigation and the same lady that I spoke to last week who by the way was very rude and kept cutting the line on me still couldn't give me an answer and is still very rude dropping the line on me.
