<p>I was sent an SMS, in that ,if I am in need of financial assistance, to call this certain number. I do not usually do this, but seeing that I am at the moment in a bit of a difficult financial situtation called them anyway to hear what it was about. As per usual, you are met with this very chirpy voice over the the other end of the line, rambling on at the speed of lightning and all I could remember was that the call was being recorded for security purposes and that they required some of my persoanl details to be able to do credit checks or something. She mentioned about a fee of R87 or R89 to be debited to my Bank account in the event that a loan was granted, which needless to say was not granted in the end. However for the past approximately four to five months now a debit order of R87 is debited to my Bank account at the end of every month. on time, and this without my permission and what I would like to find out is what this fee is for????</p> <p>I cannot seem to find anywhere on the Internet, or anywhere else for that matter, a contact number where one can contact these peop;le to do an investigation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Maybe you can suggest what to do in a case like this??</p>
