Money still not payed back for cancelled course

I fully paid for an electrical-fault-analysis course scheduled for 7th to 11th Oct 2013. The course was cancelled without any reason. For more than two years I have been trying to get my money back for a service I have not received.<br> <br> There were numerous unanswered emails, promises of returning my calls, and all the worthless promises (written and over the phone) made by Kerisha and Rajesh that payment will be made month after month that never happen. I have given them until September 2015 (as per request from Kerisha, April 2015), to give them more time to sort out their own issues before paying me the amount due - Still no payment. <br> <br> I have made payment (More than 2 YEARS AGO!) for a service I did not receive and I consider this contract breach and outright *****ing! The unprofessional manner in which the company deals with clients is unsettling. Internal company cash-flow problems should not be the problem of the clients!<br> <br> NEVER do business with Mzanzi Conferencing & Training! You run high risk of not receiving a service, loosing all you money, and the company closing down.<br> <br> This company is serious bad news. Stay away!<br> <br> <br>
