MzansiVoice are skellems

I redeemed my points in June 2023, it is now November 2023 and i still have not received my voucher, I have opened 8 tickets on their support center platform, all of which are being ignored. They are very good at sending surveys for you to complete . Some of the surveys with alot of points allocated will be curtailed right in the middle of you answering a survey after you have spent your valuable time on it, and there would be no points allocated. They are becoming skellems, I have been on this platform for years and its a first experiencing such issues. They ave changed their site platforms and on the new one I had just registered this year and have no history of claiming.
