No Gas Delivery

On 3 July I placed an order for a 19kg gas refill. I was promised delivery by Thursday 9 July. On Thursday afternoon |I received a phone call to say that they had a backlog and would deliver on Saturday 11 July. Saturday came and went with no delivery and no communication. I phoned on Monday morning and was tols that the gas would definitely be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday I received a phone call to say that they had a backlog and my gas would definitely be delivered on Wednesday. It is now 16:00 on Wednesday and still no gas!
