Unreliable, amateurish Mzansi Closet

I am bitterly disappointed with in the service rendered by Mzansi Closet. My wife willing, I am going to retun the what I bought. My residential address and my DELIVERY address are different. This is the ONLY DELIVERY ADDRESS*I use for online purchases. The ONLY ONE!!!! I was very specific about my delivery address when I filled the online form. Instead, Mzansi Closet decided to deliver my parcel to my residential address. I was thus compelled to drive 20kms to get to my house, and another 20kms to get back to work. This is over and above the fact that Mzansi Closet accepted my order only to call me later and offer me something else. This was a red flag but I thought it best I give guys a chance. I thus lost precious time for work due to an elementary mistake by Mzansi Closet. What I find appalling is the total disregard of my request for the parcel to be delivered at the place of my choice. This was my first and my very last purchase from Mzansi Closet.
