Damaged goods and want to return no reply

I bought a dress and jacket , both damaged, delivered after 3 pm on Friday last week and opened the dress and jacket next day to wear it damaged ,took photos and sent via what's app and also tried calling since and want to return it still has label and packaging and no reply ,I want my money back bad quality and bad service no response paid R1300 with delivery and still no joy
