Bad Online Service

I am very disappointed with the online service I am experiencing with this Clothing Store. On the 20 January 2022 I placed an online order and the order number 11494 for a Dress I and receive chose the option to receive it within 6 to 9 days. Up until today I never received anything or update information. I tried to call their number several times but no answer, tried online chat no feedback also tried whatsup number but still no feedback.
