Worse RTP for a gambling site.
Probably the worst gambling sites ive been on. The RTP is very bad, its almost like you rigged to lose. I deposited over R27000 on the site over 6 months or so and only withdraw R6000. Had to cut my loses and close the account.

Bad extremely bad customer service and take people for a ride with bonus ways which doesn't make sense at all
I am a big gambler. And unfortunately Mzansibet bonus things are most of the time very confusing to understand. On the end you are forse to play games you don't have a clue what and how it is working. The support team is very unhelpful rude and don't want to understand if you wrongly add money on the end. Then you can't take the money out again because you did make a fault with the bonus add on. If you want to lose money a lot, experience bad customer service, don't want to be help at all load Mzansibet bet app downloaded and enjoy been taking for a ride. There is alot of other gambling sides who treats there customers with dignity.

Not happy at all
I verified my account and requested a withdrawal and they canceled it without notifying me. My screen is broken so I was using my sisters phone. They want enhanced verification. I used my sisters phone to register the account and I have made deposits before. I'm on other betting sites I've never experienced such. I honestly think what they did isn't fair because only after I made a second query regarding my withdrawal they then canceled it. I downloaded the chat transcript.

Deposit without reflecting in my account
This morning I deposited twice R50 to play. The second one does reflect on my bank statement but it doesn't reflect in my mzansibet account. I withdrew a R100 which is still pending . But my question is what happened to the 2nd R50? I had a chat with one of their consultants which keep on telling me I did play with it which I know I didn't. Before I deposit again it's shows 37c after my withdrawal so I deposited R50 and it doesn't reflect in my account ...what do I do in this way?
