Emotionally abused me and bilittled me

On Thursday the 20th I made a booking for my nails both pedicure & manicure spoke with the owner of Mzansi beauty bar nail Nthabiseng

She took my booking and confirmed it for Sat 8am

Sat Morning request an uber then I go there by not too surebwhat time excatlt but by pass 8 literally 5 minutes away from the Mzansis nail bar my uber got in an accident with a bakkie ( luckily enough we were not hurt ) so I had to leave the scene and request another ride because I'm already late

When I got there it was 8: 30 already

I greet & The lady says to me I have canceled your appointment and I have called someone else on your space fair enough I'm thinking because my appointment is 8 she took the 9 am one and placed it on my slot then when they are done ill be next take the space of the person behind me

Then she says to me infron of other clients what are we gonna do now because I can't do you anymore and I'm like yes I was late but I'm here now she wa like nope ill never do you you're late the emotional heartbreak I suffered having to wake up early and not being able to do my nails and having to be turned back wasted my money on uber for nothing

The lady was so unprofessional and such a bully I deserve an apology
