Mzansi 4 more R109 ****

I am unsure how this company company acquired my details but they firstly sent me two sms's stating they had upgraded my product. ( I have no product with this company). They then stated that they were going to debit my account with R109. There is then an Option for queries or to cancel. I then responded with the option to cancel. On the 30th of July this company debited my account with R109 disregarding the option to cancel even though i had never subscribed to their product. When I contacted the bank about the information on the company they stated that there was none.
