Rude Telemarketer Calling Leads "Dumb"

A consultant from Mzansi Loans contacted me during working hours to sell some vouchers and financial service of some sort, to which indicated I am not interested. The telemarketer said "are you so rich you don't want savings, you're so dumb" and hung up. The telemarketer caller was using this number ********** .

This is not in any level acceptable, starting from access to my phone number, lucky draw / free voucher approach to sell financial products, to these rude remarks their sales marketers.
