BLATANT ***** AND THEFT

I discovered a deduction off my bank account from Mzansitel for R99,99 on 30 October 2015. I went back three months and discovered that they have been debiting me every month. I phoned FNB and was told that they can only stop the debit order (I must pay for it) and reverse the one for October but I must claim back the ones for August and September. They gave me a number for Stratcol. Stratcol gave me a number for Mzansitel. After eventually getting through, they tell me that they do not know how my account was debited and they will investigate and revert. This is blatant ***** and theft and I see that it is happening to a lot of people based on reports on Hello Peter and numerous other complaints on Google. Why is this company not being stopped? I am not leaving it here. FNB refuses to help me with a ********** enquiry so I will be reporting this to the SAPS as we, as the public, should not have to be the ones to run around and get our money back from ********** transactions and then still have to pay for it. This is totally unacceptable and something needs to be done about it.
