Bad customer service/very rude owner

Worst experience with them. The owner is rude and doesn’t respond to messages instead blocks them. Doesn’t deliver as promised after paid fully.i would not recommend anyone to use them, had a horrific experience with them and the owner is unapologetic about the situation
