I dealt with MMP GROUP Richards bay this week where I bought a used 2018 VW T-Cross for my son without seeing the vehicle in person. I reside in Pretoria and noticed, while searching the internet, a good condition 2018 VW T-cross for sale by MMP GROUP . Within an hour an executive salesman from the dealership by the name of Mr Ivan Peters responded to my request and phoned me in person. The friendly attitude and professional way he engaged with me from the start made me realised that I am not dealing with an average salesman. It was clear that Mr Peters was a skilled and extremely competent sales man who has a passion for satisfying his customer's needs. Mr Peters made a huge effort to satisfy my needs and to give me the assurance I require before making the final decision to purchase the vehicle, without physically inspecting and driving the vehicle. We concluded the deal when I took a flight down to Richard's Bay kzn with my son. The intention was to drive the vehicle back to Pretoria. From the time Mr Peters fetched us from the airport until we left for Pretoria we were treated as special customers. We really felt special and enjoyed the red carpet service. The vehicle was in an extremely good condition and conformed to everything he shared with us via phone and on social media. My son's expectations were far exceeded. We had a hassle free engagement and everyone, from the reception, financing section up to the sales section were all aligned and fully prepared to make our stay a memorable one.
