Why contact me saying I was approved for a loan

I am furious at Mzanzi Loans. I NEVER said yes to a LOAN via sms, and your call centre is very very rude when I said I am not interested in a loan. I requested that she removes me from your system but she kept on backchatting me and implying that she is trying to help me get a loan. DOES SHE NOT UNDERSTAND NO????? STOP CALLING ME!!! I am informing you that I will log complaint with the NCR or the OMBUT. What Mzanzi Loans is doing is ********* and not trustworthy as I never ever gave permission to them.
