Unauthorized debit orders

Hi I have cancelled my plan for R89.00 with these people the day they called me to offer this they promised they would not debit yet they have been debiting my account for over 3 months there are no contact details for them cannot get a hold them I want my money back every cent !i did tell them I do not want their service its not like im paying for a service because they have not helped me with anything!
