Ridiculous service

I have through a cancellation letter to their department and have had no contact for the past 3months but every month a debit order is taken monthly for a service that I am not even receiving. i think this is ridiculous because even when call them there is no answer on the line, they dont even respond to emails but advise that you send them [Email Removed]<br> I advise people not to do business with such a company.
