A bad sham

I had the unfortunate experience of the gearbox going on my car, and was looking to take out a short term load of R15000 when i recieved an sms on my phone saying i had been pre-approved for a loan. I rep**** yes to the sms and a consultant duly contacted me.

Thinking I was going through a loan application process, the consultant kept insisting that before the loan application could be accepted had to take out some road/life assistance bolt on product that cost R89 a month with no real benefits etc.

When I insisted that i just wanted to proceed with a loan application and am not interested in the bolt on product, it was explained to me that the only way they could process the loan application was by agreeing to the bolt-on product, so whether my loan was approved or not I had to take the bolt-on product,

When i again insisted that i did not want the add-on /bolt-on product and that i just wanted to proceed with the loan agreement, the consultant cut the call short and hung up on me..

So beware this is not a lending institution but rather a spam house and should probably b investigated by the authorities !!
