unhappy customer

My cousin bought bricks at Mzansi Logistics and he paid them R12 250 , he transferred money to Capitec account no *** on the 9th of March and he is still waiting for delivery . he doesn't want the bricks anymore because they cant deliver for the reason known to them . he tried so many a time to get his money back but they don't respond . their email address is *** .
