Pathetic service

I had the most pathetic service and terrible experience with my move. The driver sent WhatsApp messages and pictures of himself telling me he isn't well and hasn't slept. He arranged another driver who's truck broke down. Eventually we got a new driver. The move was booked for 11am. The new driver arrived after 1pm. We were late with our move out and I was penalized for the late move by my agent (understandably as new tenants were moving in). The new driver gave us hassles about the amount being too little as he has two guys with him. The move ended up costing way more than quoted and I was in no way compensated for the inconvenient and penalties faced.
