Terrible service from Mzansi security

Terrible services from Mzansi their alarm unit which they installed kept going faulty wen reported they said will send a technician but they never showed up. Also when wen we needed them they Response time is far to long compared to other security companies. Then when i called them to cancel their services they refused to cancel it . now they wanting me to pay for something that has no benefit to me an my family. Biggest mistake was changing from ADT.
