Please help me understand why I got debited for the 450 as per below because I clearly asked for the account to be cancelled and it was not done. You have recordings please go back and review. I want my money back into my account intstantly. I will be posting this on all social media platforms of how youll can not keep to promises and what type of service you'll give. Rather disappointed in how business is conducted. I wonder how many other clients have had issues with no resolution. 🤔
