Poor business ethics by Mzansi Fire and Security

I paid for repairs for my transmitter and backup unit which amounted to R4500 in mid Jan. On the 8th of March i heard a noise, my backup unit just randomly exploded. There was no load shedding that day. So when i called the technician on monday, they came and told me these things happen especially during power outages (which we did not have that day). What baffles me is that i had just changed this equipment the previous month. On top of that, they debited the amount for that inspection without my consent. Big companies notify beforehand when they're about to debit your account, either reminding you or asking when to debit. But not Mzansi, Mzansi debits your account whenever it suits them. I don't even trust that i was given new equipment when they repaired my system, i don't trust them at all. Does anyone have recommendations of a reputable security company that has good customer service in Durban?
