Mzanzi fire and security appalling service

I have had the worst experience. I moved house and mzanzi doesn't service the new area. It took 2 months to get a cancellation email from them and then they continued to debit my account. Despite numerous phone calls, I had to phone the bank to stop the debit order. Mzanzi has promised to return the premiums mistakenly debited but has been fobbing me off for 2 months and still not repaid them. I have phoned so many times and they always say they will phone me back and never do.
