Mzansi Fire and Security - Get your House in Order

During early September 2019, I received 3 quotes to install security at my home and decided to award Mzansi Fire and Alarm with the job. The Salesperson promised me a sophisticated system which he documented within his quote but upon installation, Mnzansi advised that they don't have stock of a 64 panel keypad so they installed a much older system temporarily and advised me that they would bring forth the new panel with that week in September 2019. They also quoted me for a gate receiver which I paid for to allow their patrol vehicle to enter my premises when they encountered suspicious activity. They have not replaced the old panel and neither installed the gate receiver to date. I have been getting ill promises made by their salesperson to date. To make matters worse in that when I do complain to them, they become somewhat hostile and send me messages within that day that my system has become faulty and needs to be tested. To put the cherry on the cake, I recently received the call from their accounts department asking me that they did not receive payment for the balance of the installation which was paid up for in full upon installation and they provided me with a receipt which I submitted to confirm payment. This proves that their accounting system is not up to standard. In essence, I want to support other companies that may assist us with crime related activities that plague our cities but how can I if their systems and efficiency enterprises are not put in place.
