Lies and late response

I'm so dissapointed with Umzansi security with their late response, when I joined umzansi security in March 2018 they promised me that they send their in-house arm response to an emergency but yesterday I put them to the test, they responded after more then 30 minutes and it wasn't umzansi arm response car but it was volts so they just **** to me about everything and I'm so dissapointed about this and no longer wanting to continue with with their services
