Lack of service

Guys i just need to air this out, i am disgusted by the lack of service, i have just received from Umzansi Fire and Security, my alarm went off as i wanted to park my car inside my garage, and i accidentally opened the door.. and i quickly took out my fone out of my pocket, as i am expecting a call from Mzansi, so i can apologise to them for the inconvenience, but to my surprise no call, few minutes passed.. no call, 20 minutes went by no one called, so as i give them a call to enquire, only to answered by their call centre supervisor who tells me my alarm did not send out a signal, so we test it, i press the panic, she picks it up.. oh, I'm confused.. then i ask her how is that possible that she can pick that up but not my alarm a few minutes ago... she gives me unsatisfactory answers and i ask her to provide me with her details so i can lay a complaint, she drops the call.. i call them again, now they put me bck to the call centre.. i was not expecting this from u Mzansi bt its not the first time they have not responded to an emergency.. so please who ever has their management numbers, i need them so i can resolve this problem or else i will be force to cancel their services.
