Do not use Mzansi Fire and Security

I just switched over to mzansi from ADT, biggest mistake, first week my outdoor beam triggers my alarm, the call center does not phone, I press the panic button after I noticed someone in my yard, still no response, had to call ADT, the following day I called Mzansi to cancel, the pro calls me back and tells me that I signed up for a 24 month contract, which I did not. Then he tells me that they cannot stop the debit order. I tell him that I will reverse it, then I get threatened to be black listed. I put the phone down after being threatened. He calls back a day later and tells me I must pay for them to come out to check if my alarm really did go off. So in other words I'm a ****. I have since gone back to ADT, tested the alarm, they call me within couple seconds of activating the alarm.
