Mzansi express you totally a **** you make us book a bus and say 8 in the morning saying bus is leaving as soon ASAP upto we wait all day keeping us as hostages without any explanation or apology 23/12/23 thus when you lost one of your customers I will never take your bus anymore and I will recommend each every one of us that you bring bad services
