Mzansi Couture FB ****

Based on the other 3 reviews I now am convinced this is a ****. Same MO. I paid R1,250 for 2 pairs of Urban shoes on special on 29 Nov. Also found them on FB. Checked for reviews, but there weren't any, good or bad - I guess that should have been a red flag in retrospect. A Samantha first and now a Sarah placated me with assurances that my order had just been delayed in port and that I could get a full refund at any time if I was not happy to wait any longer. They are such confidence *********s. They keep stringing you along with very legitimate-sounding explanations and assurances, but ultimately you have been ****med out of your money. I experienced with an air fryer, also on FB. I'm wondering if it's not the same crowd, because once you start enquiring about what has happened to your order the way they deal with you is a copy-paste. They engage with you very professionally, but only over email, kicking the can down the road, but I believe it's only to prolong the window in which they can **** more people before a flood of negative reviews basically shuts them down.
