BEWARE! THIS IS A MASSIVE ****.

BEWARE! THIS IS A MASSIVE ****. A white Afrikaans man that goes by the alias of "Pieter" is the main ****ster behind it and a woman that goes by Kate. Not to mention the non existing sales assistant Martin. They will tell you that their phone lines have been hacked. The entire company is *****ulent. I first made contact with Mzansi Containers on 29 June 2022 via their website’s contact us page. I requested a price on a standard 6m shipping container with a roller garage door installed to be delivered the Western Cape. I had a message in my gmail inbox, which were a reply from Kate at the following address ***. I decided to wait with the purchase, because I will request a formal quote closer to the time that I’ll need it. I emailed Kate back on 16 January 2023 for a formal quote. By 31 January 2023 I have not received any reply from her. I decided to phone the landline provided on their website. ***. The phone ringed and soon the call was diverted to another line. I could tell because the tone of the ringing changed. A man named Martin answered. I said I have sent an email with a quote request but have not received a response. He asked for my number and he said that he will contact me on whatsapp where I can give him the details of what I want. So I did. He corresponded with me on whatsapp from the following number ***. A proforma was send to me on 2 February 2023 from Martin Nkosi from this email address: *** I rep**** to his email and I questioned why the price is so much higher from the original quote that Kate has given me last year. He rep**** via whatsapp and said that Kate quoted me on a lower grade container and I would need a better grade for what I need it for. He said if I want a better a price he will have to speak to his boss. Shortly after, a man named Pieter, the boss I assumed, phoned me from *** to negotiate the price. I agreed to a price. Martin send me an updated proforma on 3 February 2023. I accepted the quote and said I will pay when we get closer to the time needed . On 8 February 2023 he informed me that that he received a big order and is worried about stock. If I make part of the payment now, he can secure it for me. He got Martin to send me an invoice of the amount to be paid. I made an immediate payment to secure the container. On 20 February 2023 Pieter from Mzansi Containers whatsapped me that the container is ready for delivery and that they are on their way to Cape Town with it, where he will keep the container on his property in Rooi-Els until the foundation on which it is going to stand at my house is ready. He asked for the outstanding balance to be paid and I made a payment The following day 21 February 2023, he told me that he could not park the container on his property in Rooi-Els because of the rain. He said he is leaving the container at a storage company in Somerset and asked me to pay an additional R800 for 2 weeks’ storage. He has send me photos of the storage company’s invoice, and advised me that he has already paid it and I can just pay Mzansi Containers. The invoice is handwritten and from a company AGWC Storage Project, 12 Gordon road, Morningside, Somerset West, made out to Pieter Fereira. On 7 March 2023, the foundation at my house wasn’t ready yet so I had to pay an additional payment of R400 for another week’s storage . We have been in contact with Pieter on WhatsApp and by phone and I have arranged that he deliver the container on Monday morning 13 March 2023. Each time when I tried to get an update from him, he has an excuse such as Sir Lowry’s Pass that is closed and that they are stuck in traffic. By evening at 19:30 when I asked for another update he said that he will rather deliver in the morning and that he will sleep over on a friend farm nearby and deliver at 7:00 the next day. The morning of the 14’th March 2023, when I asked for an update, he had the same excuses about the traffic. When I followed up again, he said he was pulled over by traffic cops. He eventually stopped answering my calls and blocked me on whatsapp and switched off his phone. When I phoned Martin’s number, somebody that’s sounds like Pieter picked up, I asked for Martin and then they hung up the phone. I phoned the number from the website which is the number I phoned initially on 31 Jan. ***. An automated voice answered ”the number you have dialled is not available”. I then proceeded to phone the cell phone number that’s provided on their website ***. A lady named Kate answered. I asked to speak to Pieter regarding the delivery of a container that’s been paid for. She said that there is no one working there by that name. She then said that I have been ****med and that their phone line has been hacked, that’s why I can not get through on their landline. Stay far away from this company!
