Mzansi4sure, **** OR NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

In June2017 a call operator from mzansi4sure phoned me with an offer that sounds good. It would have cost me R79 per month. She said that i will receive a voucher of R2000.00 after my 1st deduction. Up to last week I havent received anything. A call centre operator called me again last week and apologized that I haven't received anything. but when i asked her about all the outstanding vouchers she said that i need to take it up with some other department. I feel that they making promises that they cant keep.
