I have called, and left numerious messages, and to date no response. I am frustrated with your Condescending and Patronizing attitude over these past 4 months. You lack a Proffessional Work Ethics, since you claim to be a Home Renovator. Your conduct and work ethics are uncomprehensionable. I remember during the Sale Process, you were called back numerious times to correct deficiencies, which were discovered by the Home Inspection Company.

It has been almost 2 month since I last left you 3 messages. You have not returned my calls nor made any effort to address the faulty workmanship, that remain in my unit. I am not going to pursue you any longer. I will just go ahead and post my Personal Experience with your Company on 5 different sites review Sites. I have only posted 1 review of Customer Disfactisation with a company. My Review will always be on Top, and your friends will look **** as they are. I know the game when it comes to reviews. It is up to you to fix the deficiencies at your cost. Futhermore it is my right as a Citizen of Ontario, to post a review of your work. The lack of professionalism that you have displayed has resulted in too many defects including Insulation and Rodent issues which have created Comfort and Security issues for me. When you removed the old Siding and Skirting which had insulation attached, you installed Particle Board, and a Builders Wrap, on the exterior wall and NO INSULATION, yes you did not insulate the exterior walls, and you are suppose to be the proffessional. In the winter months the rear half of my unit would register 53 Degrees F. Furthermore there is no Vapor Barrier on the ground and so, it is now there is rotting. When you installed the new Vinyle Siding, you neglected to install Insulation for the Winter Heating Season. The wind from the west blows right through my my Hallway. It is like walking into a cooler. Furthermore you also neglected to install some sort of protection on the Ground to keep the small 4 legged animals from getting underneith and destroying the Insulation. Your oversight here caused severe damage to the Insulation in the Flooring. Also don't forget the increased Energy Costs. Due to your negligence. My Hydro One bills were $280.00+ due to your negligence, in doing a Proper Job. I now see Black Rot on the Access door on the North Side. My neighbours also told me about extensive Blackrot and how it was fixed ( Chain Saw). All I want from you is to fix the "shotty" work which includes the Insulation under the Hallway flooring, and the Flooring under the Kitchen, Spare Room snd Furnace area. The Furnace Ductwork is all exposed to the elements which makes the Furnace useless. I can not use it to Cool nor Heat my Home. I have also noticed that it appears that you did not install ANY insulation on the walls of my Entire unit. You neglected to do a proper job. We live in a 4 season Province not a 2 season. The exterior parameter of the my Unit needs to have some sort of Metal Screening to block the RODENTS from getting underneath the Crawl Space, and creating havoc. You are supposed to be a Professional Home Renovator and therefore you should have done a better job. The bulk of the damage is the Centre part of my unit, including the area where the Ho****er Tank- Flooring is rotten. The Guest Bedroom flooring, is not acceptable and unstable. I am paying to have the interior ( Crawl Space ) of my Unit a 4" Spray Foam Sprayed around the interior walls ( that you ****ed up) at my cost. Due to your negligence, the entire hallway has been compromised. All of the insulation is on the ground.

In closing this Message and the current situation plus all copies of the Inspection Report, Pictures will be posted. The Proof is there. The pictures are Full Colour The reviews which have been submitted by your friends are not Credible compared to a Report prepared by a Ontario Licenced Home Inspector who has been Certified by the Ontario Government. My Review will remain on top at all times. It is your call. Fix the problems or the reviews will be on Google, B.B.B. and more. And they will stay there. This is a matter of principle.

You can do the work anytime you want, as you can enter the Crawl space from the North Side which you created.

In closing; I wouldn't trust you to build a Dog House, never mind a Tree House. Further more, I will be sending all of this to the the Ontario Governmrnts department for inspection. You have didplayeda complete lack of incompetance and perhaps you should go back to school to relearn how to renovate a home.
