Sold a very damaged house by force
This company assisted me with purchasing a house however the house was and still is damaged everything was a mess ceiling the building itself there is no drain everything is literally rotten, when I asked if it will be fixed the sales reps said it will be fixed there is a company scheduled to fix the damages I can sign the offer and do not worry and he proceeded by saying ABSA will send an inspector if the damages are too bad the price will go down, due to the lack of information I signed the offer, after the inspection I asked the feedback they said the bank did not decrease the price I asked for the report i was never given till today. They fixed electricity but the house nothing fixed when I followed up with them they said there is an act that says if you buy a house with cracks it is up to you to fix it I told them that your rep said you will fix them, the Managing Director Bradley intervened he said that I must contact him going forward he promised to fix the cracking wall but nothing done, he is ignoring my calls and emails the I asked the previous owner of the house if they were satisfied by MZ properties, they asked if the wall was fixed yet I said no they said but MZ PROPERTIES took a portion in their money thay said it was for fixing the wall.
I am very disappointed in this company, it was my first time buying property and the fact that they are ignoring my call the Director and the Rep makes me feel as if I am being ****** and bul**** because now I have to pay ABSA a bond of R350 000 for a house that is not worth that amount I want to see the ABSA inspection report.
