MZ Awnings missed the deadline,

In Nov/Dec 2014 Mohammed installed an awning at my house at an agreed discount if I paid upfront. So I paid upfront and he installed the awning. Then he promised to install a blind before 25 Dec. I explained that I didn't want it if he didn't install it before that date. I paid upfront to get the discount and Mohammed promised to pay back the money if he missed the deadline. Because of weather / whatever problems Mohammed did not install the blind by 25th Dec. In fact he didn't even answer sms's asking what was happening during the week before 25th Dec. In January I asked for my money to be refunded but he flatly refused, convincing me that the blind was already made (I don't believe it in retrospect) and he installed it (He said it would /should have cost more than he first quoted. When I asked him to show me how to lift and lower the blind, twice he didn't arrive at the arranged time! I feel ********** with a R4000 blind I don't want and don't know how to operate. Over 3 weeks ago I told Mohammed that if he didn't get in touch with me about it I would write a report on helloPeter.
