MZ AUTOWORX - 15 WETWYN RD, LANDSDOWNE , CT - RIP.OFF

Took My BMW 323I E36 TO MZ AUTOWORKZ at 15 wetwyn road, landsdowne on 4th July 2022 and got it back on 11th July not starting or driving. Got told that they were supp**** with parts and instructed to fit. Which reputable company just does this especially when its a water leak? They assumed I brought it there for that.

Owners Zaid and Adnaan are such ***** and *******.

My car was towed there only due to the fact that it had an overheating issue Nb: MY CAR COULD STILL START AND DRIVE!

They did not even do anything fault finding or pressure test on the car and just went ahead and disassembled my engine and replaced a metal water pipe under my intake which I bought and the timing cover where the metal water pipe fits in to.without ant diagnosis and **** and said I asked them to replace parts and not check where and why the car is leaking when that was not the case.

They then reassembled the engine only to find that my car had a cracked block and charged me a labor price of R7 000 and the parts came to R1 000. Took approximately 1 week to put together

Not to mention that they broke my boot hinges and denied it, broke my complete viscous fan and denied it. All of a sudden had an issue with my front tow ba used to to tow the car missing. Had to get them them find me one and they still expected to pay them full labor price for a non running car. Forgot to mention that labor price was reduced a little But with being given back a non running or starting car should have been reduced to the bear minimum of reasonable rate of maybe R500 to R1000 for there time.Even this would be courteous for me to pay for for a non-running car.

They refused to buy me a new viscous fan and also fix my boot which they broke. Zaid felt the need of refunding R200 for a generic viscous fan which costed R500.That being said it required me to fork our another R300 out of pocket to get the generic one as the original was R1300
