Worst carrier service

Worst ever company to deal with. So unhelpful if you stay out of the US. My box that was shipped to me in South Africa had items missing. Please be careful they give you excuses. Now I have bought items which shows it was delivered but to date not captured. Is this a trick to delay shipping so that the costs escalate? I have been trying to contact them with no response.
