USed to be MYus, now it's Aramex'sUS

This company used to be AMAZING until they were taken over by Aramex, now they are as useless and ******* as Aramex. They charge extra for insurance on shipments, when a package gets lost or damaged, they say insurance doesn't cover that because it was the courier's responsibility. If you don't take insurance and they lose pieces or parts of your package, they say "You should have taken insurance". So they basically ***** $4 - $6 PER CLIENT and label it insurance, but there is NO insurance whatsoever! They open every single package they get and sometimes just cut it open so it looks like it was inspected for customs. I can understand certain things have to be inspected but a plastic wheel in plastic wrapping isn't hiding anything!
