********* behavior

When I typed in the amount that the package is worth, I said 16.75 and 45.00. Their system took it as 1675 and 4500 which means that I would have to pay a fortune in taxes. I have sent numerous emails of which none were answered. They asked for an invoice, but the items get sent to me as part of a membership, so the sender cannot provide me with an invoice. I have been waiting for myus to change the amounts so I can send, but they refuse, and I am currently paying a fortune on storage fees. $20 every 2 days. This is ********* as I want to send , but my hand are tied!
