Poor System Communication

They are great if you start out, but they don't keep up. I ended up paying 3 times more for shipping as planned. I canceled month subscription and they ended my benefits immediately with packages still on their way. No clear communication and they don't allow to change when I realised what's going on. I ended up having 5 diff parcels shipped. Really poor system, do not cover the human aspect.
