Not as bad as people say.

I was very worried when I had already ordered something through MyUS.com and saw some of the reviews here. I can confirm that it's not a "****" as some of the other reviews suggest.

My package arrived within 2 weeks of ordering from the shop in the US. The package was fragile and arrived in one piece. The service is not cheap, but I wasn't expecting it to be. If you are ordering things for under $100 expect to easily double or even triple the cost with the shipping and customs fees. I ordered something for $120 and paid an additional $115 to MyUS for shipping and customs, all of which was handled smoothly by their shipping partner (FedEx in this case).

The only thing I would complain about is the website and app interfaces are not the most intuitive or user friendly.
